Glory (The 23rd Church Anniversary and GCN Opening Service) October 9th, 2005
Passage: Job 8:7

Since its founding, Manmin Central Church has given glory to Father God by always ema-
nating a light. We can see God’s words spoken through Prophet Elijah, “Nations will come
to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising,” coming to fruition. Through GCN,
kings from all over the world will see that light of the Gospel and come forth to this church.

Dr. Jaerock Lee That we could offer unto God “The GCN Launch Service” is the result of our complete faith in
God. When He first imparted us the vision for broadcast ministry, there was no one with any
knowledge or experience in broadcasting. Yet, we believed in God’s vision, engraved it on

Founder & Board Chairman, GCN our hearts in steadfast prayer, and obeyed in the way He led us. We began bearing fruit in
2000, the year that marked the start of a series of large-scale overseas crusades.

From 2000 and onward, in obedience to God we went to countries we did not know at the time of His choosing.
We knew no pastors or had anyone who invited us, but every time we obeyed God’s commands, those nations’
state-run and other privately-owned TV networks and stations carried our crusades. In every country we visited,
including Uganda, we saw state-run TV networks carrying our crusades. Could this have been possible by the
might of man? When we obeyed God, we saw that He had made all the preparations, even with the publicity of the
crusades. God allowed us to conduct crusades at which tens and hundreds of thousands of people gathered and
countless souls learned that only Jesus is our Savior; that God the Creator is alive and at work; and that Heaven
and Hell indeed exist. He allowed the conversions of idol worshippers and countless more people to receive His
healing even when they attended the crusades merely by watching on television. All this began in Year 2000.

Each one of you is a witness to how delighted God was; bestowed the Most High Power of Creation; and opened
wide the door to the whole world when we only gave Him thanks, rejoiced, and overcame. Considering the reality
in which we found ourselves each time, they were impossible tasks. Yet, we went where God commanded us to
go, proclaimed God the Creator and Jesus Christ, and revealed His glory by the power of the Holy Spirit. The mar-
velous works of God’s power displayed to this generation, in which people do not believe unless they see signs
and wonders, have led countless people to believe in the Lord and reach salvation. These wondrous works began
attracting the attention of Christian media all over the world. Christian broadcasters had an earnest desire to ef-
fectively proclaim that God is alive and Jesus is our Savior in the last days, and now came to have the same vision,
the vision of reaching all ends of the earth with Christian broadcasting. In May 2004, God brought together such
Christian broadcasters harboring the one, same vision, to Manmin Central Church. Then and there, they formed
Global Christian Network (GCN) for the sole purpose of delivering the Gospel to all creation for the glory of God the
Trinity. This was made possible not by wisdom or ways of man, but because we had completely trusted in God and
obeyed and followed Him unconditionally. For this reason, we could only give all glory to God alone.

Jesus says in John 11:40, “Did I not say to you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?” If you keep this
in mind, engrave it on your heart, and obey it as is, God’s glory will be revealed through you also. I hope GCN will
shine God’s glory to the world like the light as the noonday, and in turn shine the light of true salvation to all cre-
ation. By way of GCN, countless souls around the world will reach salvation and become God’s children with true
faith. GCN has been born out of nothing, but with God’s blessings, it will keep on advancing day in and day out.
Countless Manmin members at home and around the world today not only pray for GCN but also support this
ministry with their offerings. All broadcasters involved with GCN with your expertise and passion, along with all
partakers of this ministry, are truly blessed, and I believe our Lord will also deem each of you precious.

Wherever Jesus went, the water of life flowed from His lips. Wherever His footsteps reached, the sick were healed;
people received hope and answers to problems of life; and the works of salvation took place. In the same manner,
GCN will ensure the Gospel of our Lord flows to a world suffering not from a thirst for water but for hearing God’s
Word. To every crack and crevice around the world where GCN is available, countless people will meet God, ex-
perience His marvelous works in their own lives, and give glory to Him. I hope and pray GCN will shine the light of
our Lord upon all the afflicted with diseases and a variety of problems of life. To a generation of whom Jesus said,
“Unless you people see signs and wonders, you simply will not believe,” I hope the works of power attesting to
the Living God and Jesus Christ’s being the Messiah will be proclaimed to all creation through GCN. Even at this
moment, God earnestly seeks people who will testify to Him. I ask GCN to answer His call and become a spiritual
and life-giving broadcasting ministry that leads countless souls to our Lord.
