An old Korean saying says, ¡°Sincerity moves heaven.¡± It means even heaven is moved when we do something with a sincere and earnest heart. If you want to meet God, the sincerity and earnestness are very important. Bartimaeus, who was blind, cried out to meet Jesus and said, ¡°Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!¡± Many people around him sternly told him to be quiet but he kept crying out all the more. Finally, he received the answer and came to see (Mark 10:46-52). Are you wondering why you have not received the answer to your prayer yet? If you cry out in prayer with eagerness like Bartimaeus did, you will experience the work of the living God.
